There is a simpler way to install DIGI Broa

1. Firstly, you need to plug and replug it in USB a few times to get the modem detected by Ubuntu. Because of the window-formatted flash memory space in the modem itself, Ubuntu recognizes it as a storage device instead of a modem.

2. Goto System/Preferences/Network Connections/Mobile Broadband. Click the ADD button. If your modem is detected , it will show the name of your wireless modem under "Create a connection used for this mobile device". If not, keep doing Step 1 until modem is detected.

3. Once detected, click FORWARD, and select your 4. - MALAYSIA.

4. Select your provider - DIGI and click Forward

5. Select BROADBAND, click APPLY

6. Check "Connect Automatically" and "Available to all users" Under Editing DIGI Broadband. Click Apply.

In the fourth entry in your table the file name should be 'cleanmgr.exe' not 'cleanmgr.exe.mui'.

The same error exists in the original MS Web site entry.

As far as I know, Siva did not say "It's your problem" regarding the lady question at first. But it is regarding the "failing to find the supervisor even the customer service already told her his supervisor is not around!"

What is annoyed is how the customer speak at first. The second customer is even worst! She did not even in the conversation at first and than now she is teaching how a customer service should speak. And even comment on how "Poor English" Other are! They are not even speaking proper English too. with all those *&%&%$##%*(!!!!!!!

Siva, you do serve with patience! With this kind of customer, ask them to go eat their money! Even you pay for it, you do need to respect other!

permission may be issue...but most of the time, if there is FPE installed, this would be the culprit.

Not necessary larr... sometimes your root folder ownership or permission not allowed will get the same error too..
